A Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) campaign is a series of adventures that take place in a fantasy setting, and is told through interactive storytelling: 

• Players: Create characters and join a party to explore, battle, solve problems, and gather treasure. Players gain experience points (XP) and level up, becoming more powerful. 
• Dungeon Master (DM): The DM acts as the referee and storyteller, maintaining the setting and playing as non-player characters (NPCs). 
• Campaign setting: The world where the adventures take place. 
• Imagination: The adventure is limited only by the players' imaginations

These session will be run in the Forgotten Realm setting and will be using the 2014 5th edition rule set with a few modifications that will be mentioned in the first session which will be a session zero. Stats will be determined by the point buy system. Races will be those found in the Forgotten Realm setting. I encourage players to not worry about "party balance" and play the class type and race/species from the chosen setting they wish to play. Player Characters will be made at the session zero and if all goes well may even get started that night. As far a what kind of adventure you will have....well now, that is the mystery! So come and find out what awaits you in the Forgotten Realms...will it be fame of your deeds or shame of your failures? The riches of fame or squalor of the gutter? A life filled to the fullest or one cut short by death? Who knows what the fate of the dice rolls will have for you.

What Do You Need?

• A 7-dice set has all the polyhedral dice you need to inspire your imagination: d4, d6, d8, d10, d percentile, d12, and d20.
• Pencil
