Orders & Shipping 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

All tracking and order information will be sent via email. Please make sure you whitelist @recess.net or check your spam or junk folder to ensure easy correspondence.

Price is subject to change without notice and will be adjusted to Seller’s price in effect at time of shipment.

Buyer assumes liability for all taxes which are or may become applicable to this transaction. Prices do not include any taxes unless so specified on quotation or on acknowledgement of order.

 

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Shipment shall be a separate sale and, upon Buyer’s failure to give shipping instructions promptly or to pay for any shipment, Seller may cancel the order or suspend delivery at its option. 

 

Return & Refund Policy

All returns require approval and an return merchandise authorization. Please email gte@recess.net for approval before sending back merchandise.

Recess Games will accept returns on all unopened products within 2 weeks of delivery. Recess Games does not cover shipping costs on returns. Seasonal items, sale items and discounted items are FINAL SALES. All refunds will be issued in the form of an store credit.

If a sealed product contains missing or damaged parts, you will have to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. If you need help finding the contact information for the manufacturer, you may call or email gte@recess.net Recess Games and we will be happy to assist you.
