All sales are final. Publishers of the games we sell will replace any missing pieces or discrepancies in your game should you find any. Unopened merchandise in resealable new condition may be presented in-store and be exchanged for Recess Games store credit within 14 days of purchase.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
All tracking and order information will be sent via email. Please make sure you whitelist @recess.net or check your spam or junk folder to ensure easy correspondence.
Price is subject to change without notice and will be adjusted to Seller’s price in effect at the time of shipment.
The buyer assumes liability for all taxes which are or may become applicable to this transaction. Prices do not include any taxes unless so specified on the quotation or on the acknowledgment of order.

Once the product arrives you will receive a shipping invoice. Once that is paid we ship it out as quickly as possible.
Shipment shall be a separate sale and, upon Buyer’s failure to give shipping instructions promptly or to pay for any shipment, Seller may cancel the order or suspend delivery at its option.

This means the product is expected to arrive within two weeks. Your entire order will be shipped when the product arrives. This way you will save on shipping.
Please note that delivery is expected, however, things do happen.
All returns require approval and a return merchandise authorization. Please customer support for approval before sending back merchandise.
Recess Games will accept returns on all unopened products within 2 weeks of delivery. Recess Games does not cover shipping costs on returns. Seasonal items, sale items, and discounted items are FINAL SALES. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
If a sealed product contains missing or damaged parts, you will have to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. If you need help finding the contact information for the manufacturer, you may call or contact Recess Games and we will be happy to assist you.
