General terms & conditions

All sales are final. Publishers of the games we sell will replace any missing pieces or discrepancies in your game should you find any. Unopened merchandise in resealable new condition may be presented in-store and be exchanged for Recess Games store credit within 14 days of purchase.

 


 

Orders & Shipping 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

All tracking and order information will be sent via email. Please make sure you whitelist @recess.net or check your spam or junk folder to ensure easy correspondence.

Price is subject to change without notice and will be adjusted to Seller’s price in effect at the time of shipment.

The buyer assumes liability for all taxes which are or may become applicable to this transaction. Prices do not include any taxes unless so specified on the quotation or on the acknowledgment of order.

 

 

 

Recess Games ships via USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class. If you would like to ship outside the US please contact Recess Games [email protected] and we will get you a quote.

  • Most products will qualify for USPS Priority Mail. These packages customers will pay shipping costs for the actual size of the shipping package and the shipping distance instead of its weight.
  • Anything under 12 ounces will qualify for USPS First Class Mail.

 


 

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Shipment shall be a separate sale and, upon Buyer’s failure to give shipping instructions promptly or to pay for any shipment, Seller may cancel the order or suspend delivery at its option. 

 


 

Return & Refund Policy

All returns require approval and a return merchandise authorization. Please email [email protected] for approval before sending back merchandise.

Recess Games will accept returns on all unopened products within 2 weeks of delivery. Recess Games does not cover shipping costs on returns. Seasonal items, sale items, and discounted items are FINAL SALES. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

If a sealed product contains missing or damaged parts, you will have to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. If you need help finding the contact information for the manufacturer, you may call or email [email protected] Recess Games and we will be happy to assist you.
