No, never ever.
How do I earn points?
SHOPPING: For each $1.00, before tax, spent, the customer will receive 5 points.
Note: You will receive rewards points for shopping automatically online as in our retail store.
CHECK-IN: Come into the store and scan the QR code for 5 points.
Note: Limit one scan per 24-hour.
REFER A NEW CUSTOMER: Using the app to refer a new customer.
If the new customer spends $50.00 within 14 days, you and the new customer will receive 250 Points
Don't have a Recess eCom Account?
Create an Account. Follow the prompts, and enter your cell phone number. Use the exact phone number you use in-store. The cell phone number is what syncs the account from on-store with eCom.
How do I redeem my points?
When in your shopping cart, open the rewards widget and tab to Rewards. The available points to use will be listed. Redeem Now to add the discount to your cart.
Note: If there are no rewards, please contact Recess Staff on Discord.
When will my recent purchase points show up on the app?
It usually takes about an hour for existing accounts.
For new accounts about 24 hours.
I decided I didn't want to use a reward; how do I get my points back?
Under profile, select History and Cancel Coupon.
May I use more than one reward at a time?
Only one reward can be used per purchase.
How long until my rewards are updated?
Within 1 hour after the completed purchase.
